Price transparency & Complaints
The “hourly rate” for work undertaken by Clive Wood is currently £180 per hour. A full Costs Information Sheet detailing all charges made and how these are calculated will be provided at the outset of your case or matter and is available upon request.
A fixed fee for all or part of work can be negotiated and agreed if preferred at the outset of your case or matter.
We hope that you will not find cause to complain about our services however issues do sometimes arise. Details of our complaints procedure for clients forms part our Client Care Information. Any complaint should initially be addressed in writing to Clive Wood.
Complaints can also be made to the Legal Ombudsman for poor quality service or to the Solicitors Regulation Authority for failure to comply with the duties of a solicitor in relation to conduct or behaviour. The relevant links are:
